Dwarf Barf 1.0.2 update

Since yesterday, you can play DwarfBarf with updated code. List of changes:

• Changed movement scheme (arrow keys + was instead of random movement)
• Change attack button (ctrl/command is no longer used)
• Added some nicer UI elements
• Adjusted tutorial for the new way of movement and attack
• Added animations to the Dwarf (movement, stunned)
• Added "SKIP" button to skip the rhymes

If you want to try it out, be sure to get through the tutorial, as I've changed the movement mechanics quite a bit :).
