DwarfBarf version 1.04

Hello everybody!

This week's update for DwarfBarf is a bit delayed, as I fought with myself if I should even put it live :). I had more ambitious plans (tuning level generation) but as it turned out - animations took a lot of work.

So - I thought Twitter will help me out with the decision if I should release/delay till Sunday.

And so - with stunning 6 votes (hehe) (But no. Seriously. Thank you.) - I thought I'd release the new version, even if there's not a lot of stuff there :).

For this week - I'm planning to tune animations for the troll + add some element that will be the troll attack projectile (green yucky slime ball). I will try to tune level generation as well, but - probably - I will do that part in another branch, as this might be quite a thing to tune and I'm a bit worried I will break EVERYTHING if I start tuning it.

Still - no freaking clue what I'm doing here, and where is the finish line :3.
